Pastor Dr. Bayo Olugbemi is a distinguished banking executive, corporate governance expert, and Christian leader with over 43 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and the pensions industry.
He served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of First Registrars & Investor Services Limited for an exceptional 26 years, leading the company to become one of Nigeria’s foremost registrar and investor services organisations through innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused leadership.

Mr. Chudi Ubosi is a distinguished real estate professional, business leader, and strategic consultant with over 35 years of experience in estate surveying, valuation, construction management, and real estate investment advisory. He is the Managing Partner of Ubosi Eleh & Co., one of Nigeria’s leading real estate consultancy firms, renowned for delivering innovative and professional property solutions.
A graduate of the University of Lagos, where he obtained degrees in Estate Management and Construction Management, Mr. Ubosi has provided expert advisory services to government institutions, multinational corporations, financial organisations, property developers, and private investors across Nigeria.
