Mr. Chudi Ubosi
Chudi Ubosi is a partner in the firm of Ubosi Eleh & Co. Estate Surveyors & Valuers.
Mr Ubosi graduated from the University of Lagos in 1985 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Estate Management & a Masters of Science degree in Construction Management in 1987.
He undertook the NYSC with the firm of Chinwuba Odumodu & Co – Estate Surveyors & Valuers between 1985/86 before joining the firm of Diya Fatimilehin & Co. in August 1986.
The firm of Ubosi Eleh & Co was established in 1991, set out with a simple mission: to create real estate solutions that do more than just meet today’s needs but deliver enduring value, long-term performance, and strategic growth. Today, there are 7 Partners with 7 offices nationwide.
With over three decades of experience, in asset valuation and advisory services, property management, facilities management, estate agency, real estate audit, arbitration and mediation services, real estate joint ventures and property development services across diverse sectors serving federal and state governments, financial institutions, parastatals, private enterprises, and individual clients.
Chudi Ubosi is married with children and an avid golfer.
