Dr. (Mrs.) Temitope Olanre-Alade
Dr. (Mrs.) Temitope Olanre-Alade is a renowned TVET expert, fashion entrepreneur, education administrator, and the Founder and Creative Director of Ibile Vogue, an award-winning Afropolitan fashion brand.
With over 28 years of experience, she has made a remarkable impact on Nigeria’s technical and vocational education sector by developing innovative curricula, establishing vocational institutions, and empowering thousands of women and young people with practical skills for sustainable livelihoods.
An internationally recognised leader in fashion and vocational education, she has represented Nigeria as a Delegate of the U.S. Commercial Service at the prestigious MAGIC Fashion Buyers Show in Las Vegas since 2015, fostering global partnerships and promoting Nigerian creativity on the world stage.
She is the Chairperson – Fashion & Tailoring Trades, OGSTEP, a World Bank Project in Ogun State Ministry of Education. Also, the Executive Director, Zibah College of Arts and Technology, Ogun State. She is the National Secretary General — West African Fashion Council. A Board of Trustees Member of African Fashion Development & Empowerment Centre.
Dr. Olanre-Alade is a graduate of English Language from Obafemi Awolowo University. She has a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Pan-Atlantic University, City & Guilds Level 3 IVQ Advanced Diploma – Teaching, Training & Assessing from City & Guilds London, City & Guilds Quality Academy Certifications (IQA, Assessment, Verification) from City & Guilds London. Also holds a PGD – Education Administration & Planning from University of Lagos, M.Ed – Education Management & Administration from University of Lagos.
She is a NBTE/TVET Certified Internal Quality Assurance Manager (IQAM) and Quality Assurance Assessor (NVQ, NSQ).
Dr. Olanre-Alade has an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Education Leadership and Management (Honoris Causa) from ESCT University, Djeregbe, Benin Republic. Awarded in recognition of outstanding contributions to education leadership, vocational skills development, and women’s empowerment across West Africa.
